The IE 600 is a mid-price headphone in the IE series whose casing is made of a special synthetic metal ZR01 amorphous zirconium (gào, Zirconium), which was chosen as the drill bit material for NASA's Mars rover because of its strong and durable form. The IE 600 is equipped with a 7 mm True Response monomer driver that maximizes the audio range and minimizes distortion, eliminating high-frequency resonances in small headphones through a dual-resonance cavity structure.

The IE 600 is equipped with MMCX gold-plated fittings for increased connection stability. The headphones support both 3.5 and 4.4 mm wired connections, both of which can output audio in unbalanced or balanced manner. The on-ear design comes with three sizes of silicone and memory foam earbuds.
